TEM Farms Producer Company Limited was established in 2022, with a vision of Collective Farming, to empower small & marginal farmers, in Dhenkanal District of Odisha
Through our FPCL, farmers pool their resources to market their produce collectively. This allows us to negotiate better deals with buyers, eliminate middlemen, and secure fair prices for our crops.
Members of the FPCL share knowledge, tools, and resources, thereby reducing individual costs and improving overall productivity. Joint procurement of inputs, equipment, and machinery leads to economies of scale.
Our FPCL prioritizes capacity-building programs to enhance farmers' skills and knowledge. Workshops, training sessions, and information sharing help members adopt modern and sustainable agricultural practices.
